Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Refined Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness is a growing outpatient private psychiatric practice in Ellicott City, Maryland, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We are seeking a motivated and caring Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. Position Details
- Part-time W-2 position with the opportunity to transition to full-time as your caseload grows
- Hybrid position with a combination of in-person appointments in Ellicott City, MD and virtual telepsychiatry visits
- Flexible scheduling—create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, including weekday, evening, and Saturday availability
- Initial schedule of approximately 10–20 clinical hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 25–30+ hours per week as patient demand grows

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan
- Provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy, as appropriate
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered psychiatric care
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active Maryland medical license or Maryland Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred, but motivated new graduates (PMHNPs) are encouraged to apply
